3Homee founder Pawel Wargacki has worked in the construction industry since being seven years old, when he helped his stepfather on a building project for the first time.

Since then, he has had a passionate interest in the industry – enjoying helping to bring buildings to life using his considerable hands-on skills but, more importantly, constantly looking at ways to help take the industry forward through innovations fit for future needs.

Beginning his career in his native Poland gave him an insight into how extreme weather conditions like cold and heat, damp and weather events like flooding can affect homes and commercial buildings.

And he gained valuable experience in the use of new types of materials to help withstand these increasing challenges to meet increasingly stringent regulatory and environmental benchmarks and make our built environments more comfortable, convenient and good health sustaining.

Pawel launched 3Homee in 2019 as the sole supplier of System 3E products in England, and he is proud to bring a range of revolutionary eco-friendly building products to a new audience. Pawel is also passionate about working with industry professionals to increase awareness of the possibilities presented by System 3E, ML glass and expanded clay bricks.
